Here we are in the 8th month of 2002 and NESL have just completed a NES TANKSWEEP system for export. The system includes 2 Tanksweep hydraulic chambers and nozzles, two EeXd electric powered pumps together with other tank cleaning equipment and pumps including a NES Containerized Manway Cannon. Other recently completed export orders include two NES Mover Tank Cleaning systems delivered to France, and three NES Manway Cannon kits to the USA. All of NESL welders are now coded to ASME 9.
In keeping with NESL policy of technical development and being at the forefront of new innovative and productive equipment, a new purpose built test facility is being constructed at our Swansea factory. An impressive 17 meters high, with a 81 square meters base, 2 upper decks plus the ground floor with recessed pit. On the top roof structure 2 x 10,000 kilos gantry lifts are installed. In our next newsletter see photos of the completed facility together with exciting news of some of NESL new developments.
